Adult

Community Evangelical Free Church is a Harrisburg free church that offers a number of ways to connect adults to God and to each other. We provide specific opportunities for women to nurture other women, men to sharpen other men, and couples to encourage other couples, as well as general opportunities for adults to connect with other adults through discussion and fellowship.

Community Cafe

If you are new to Community EFC or are feeling a need to get better connected to the people of Community, the Community Café is a great place to start.

The Café is open all morning on Sundays. The informal atmosphere allows people to get to know each other over a hot drink and a light snack. You can learn about the ministries of our church and have a spirited discussion about what God is doing in your life. This is a unique opportunity for fellowship.

Cafe Conversations

Every Wednesday during the school year from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. in the Community Café, a person from our Pastor Elder team facilitates a time of conversation in a casual coffee-house atmosphere. Coffee and great conversation are provided here.

Sunday School Hour

9:00 am in the Church Worship Center

These offer opportunities for fellowship and digging deeper into God’s Word.

Anticipations of Jesus Christ in the Old Testament

Small Groups

Connecting people to God and each other is a vital part of our ministry. Our small group ministry is our main relational connecting point and shepherding tool in our church. We believe small groups help to provide spiritual and physical care, accountability and spiritual challenge to the participants. We strongly encourage everyone to participate in a small group. Our groups usually meet twice a month and are as large as 15 and as small as 6. These could be made up of couples or singles or any variety of the two.

Men’s Ministry

We believe that as go the men, so go the marriages; as go the marriages, so go the families; as go the families, so goes the church; and as goes the church, so goes the community.
